His work centers on modeling, M&A valuation, capital structuring, and transaction execution within institutional investment processes, with regular involvement in investment-committee diligence, valuation, and capital-allocation decisions.
A consistent thread is building the analytical backbone that platforms run on. His proprietary valuation and structuring tools, WindWalker and WayWalker, have supported investment decisions across billions of dollars in wind, solar, storage, and data center–aligned assets. His work spans every major U.S. power market, with international experience across the Americas, EMEA, and Australia. His current focus is where power meets digital infrastructure: data center–aligned generation, operating-asset restructuring, and storage integration.
